Việc công khai các tài liệu nhằm bảo đảm tính minh bạch, tăng cường khả năng tiếp cận thông tin của các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân và các bên liên quan; đồng thời góp phần thực hiện các yêu cầu về công khai thông tin và tham vấn trong quá trình triển khai dự án.

Thực hiện đề nghị của WB, Ban Quản lý Dự án đăng tải công khai đầy đủ Báo cáo ESIA và các Phụ lục trên trang thông tin điện tử của cơ quan để các bên liên quan thuận tiện tra cứu, nghiên cứu và theo dõi.

PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (ESIA) AND PROJECT SAFEGUARD DOCUMENTS FOR MERIT PROJECT

The Central Project Office (CPO) is pleased to announce:

The Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) report and its appendices for the Mekong Delta Climate Resilience and Integrated Transformation Project (MERIT) have been approved by the World Bank (WB).

The public disclosure of these documents aims to ensure transparency and enhance access to information for agencies, organizations, individuals, and relevant stakeholders. It also serves to fulfill requirements regarding information disclosure and consultation throughout the project implementation process.

In accordance with the World Bank’s request, the Project Management Office is making the full ESIA report and its appendices publicly available on its official website, allowing stakeholders to easily access, review, and monitor the information.
